Mixing ratio: 100 parts of DG * * 2K color paint

LG series curing agent 10 parts

LX diluent 60-80 parts

Construction viscosity: 13-15 seconds/25 ℃ coating -4 cups

Usable time after adding curing agent:>8 hours/25 ℃

Spraying air pressure and tools: 3-5BAR, gravity spray gun with 1.2-1.5mm nozzle, suction spray gun with 1.4-1.7mm nozzle

Spraying times: 2 layers of single wet spraying

Flash drying time: 3-5 minutes/25 ℃

Drying time: Self drying (25 ℃) Drying (60 ℃)

1. Non stick dust: 10 minutes and 5 minutes

2. Finger pressure without marks ＜ 2 hours ＜ 30 minutes

Hardness (pencil): ＞ B 30 minutes/60 ℃ 24 hours/25 ℃ (depending on temperature and paint film thickness)
