Because the original paint of a sedan has been damaged due to various reasons, it is unrealistic to use the same materials as the original factory for correction in order to restore its nature and function. This is because the conditions for repair construction and original factory construction are no longer the same, but this goal can be achieved through the use of sedan repair paint. Guangzhou car paint manufacturers have shown that using high-quality car repair paint can restore the essence of the factory and ensure the durability of the coating. However, defective repair paint is difficult to restore the factory's essence. Even if the color is temporarily consistent through color mixing and spraying efforts, it is easy to show loss of gloss and discoloration.

The common dual process repair coating decomposition is as follows:

Primer layer: Generally a dual component epoxy primer that combines rust prevention and filling functions, while ensuring the adhesion of the entire repair coating to the substrate.

Putty layer: used to restore the smoothness of the coating and compensate for insufficient sheet metal. The commonly used putty in car repair paint systems includes unsaturated polyester putty (atomic gray) and eye filling putty. The former is used for filling large areas, while the latter is mainly used for filling sand holes, pinholes, and sandpaper marks.

Intermediate coating: A. Two component polyurethane intermediate coating: With excellent filling and sealing properties, the function after thorough drying is the same as that of the original factory intermediate coating. B. Grey primer (Suhuishi): Single component undercoat, mainly used for polishing indicator coatings, such as fine polishing after scraping putty. Its filling and sealing properties are not as good as two-component polyurethane undercoat.

Base paint layer: The most common is metallic paint. Due to limitations in construction conditions, it has chosen a resin system different from the original factory to meet the requirements of low-temperature baking or natural dryness at room temperature. However, the selection of pigments should be consistent with the original factory as much as possible to ensure accurate color and durable color retention.

Clear coat: The most common type is a two component polyurethane clear coat. After low-temperature baking, the high-quality clear coat can completely achieve the same functional indicators as the original factory clear coat.
